i think girls will agree with me how potatoes are bad to their weight (no matter the way you cook ‘em, they’re still…carbs
) but today, we’re not going to care. ahhh, i love artery-clogging yummy goodness!
get some beautiful washed potatoes (i’m that lazy!).

you can cut them into slices/bits but i prefer to grate them. it’s simple and less tiresome (it looks prettier too!). the idea here is to make pan-fried potato patties. fry some bacon bits to make the patties more fragrant. add it to the grated potatoes. dont forget the cheese!

and oh oh, nutmeg! chung’s fav!

add a little bit of salt and pepper and you have the best mix ever.
pan-fry them with a little bit of butter/oil (as you wish).

tadah, you have your very own homemade potato patties!

tastes like hash browns+fries. the soft yummy middle from hash browns and the crisp fries on the outside! hahahah
try it people, it’s pretty simple.
say hello to yii zhu.

dont worry, baby. potato are good carb, there wont make you fat. they are better than rice or bread actually. it will only make u fat if u fried it or cook in other ways that use a lot of oil.

oh yum…it’s something like Korean pancake: grated potatoes mix with potato starch and zucchini, pan-fried!

i was watching Masterchef the other day and one of them actually taught to make potatoes and zucchini patties (if i am not very mistaken), wanna try it since, but i am not much of a ‘deep/pan/whatver-frying’ person..haha..Auggie always do the frying job..haha..XP btw, long time since i dropped by..update more..
p/s jane (i presume she’s Jane Liaw?) sounded like some guy who’s trying to flirt around..XP
